Doctor of cryptography, Information security expert, China e-passport technical route, standards, architecture and system designer, The only one Chinese technical coordinator of ICAO-PKD --Graduated from the national key laboratory of information security, the Chinese Academy of Science. Published several academic papers on cryptography.
--Member of China National Information Technology Standardization Committee (NITS) , deputy leader of the Biometric Identification Working Group.
--Member of the standardization technology committee of China's cryptographic industry, deputy head of the "One Belt And One Road" task group.
--As an informationization consultant for many industries in China, NJA and Dr. Han has the successful experience of planning, organizing and implementing national important information projects and systems.
Participate in China's electronic passport and ID card specification, led the electronic passport system construction (and the issuance of e-passports is over 30 million/year). And Dr. Han is the only Chinese technical coordinator of ICAO/PKD (responsible for worldwide mutual authentication and verification of e-passport).
